As of 3:25 pm, the Royal Tern was resting on a dock just offshore from the
waterfront access reached by going to the left and in (north) of the parking
lot at the dam. The bird had been there with a small group of Ring-billed
Gulls for perhaps one half hour and showed no inclination to go anywhere.

Also in tern-related news, observers yesterday did not see the tern feeding;
to the best of my knowledge, no one has seen it feeding today either.
