To followup on Bill Heck's post, I and numerous other observers watched the
 tern from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. It spend most of its time with the gulls on
the  floating dock. However we observed it twice with a small fish that it
ingested  in flight. It also landed in the water once and splashed about
similar to ducks  and Canada geese. It is definitely feeding.
