Around 4:30pm today I found around 50 American Pipit's in a field next to St Rt. 104, just South of Lake White. This is the Prairie Rd. spot that is a closed road now, it used to go East to Rt. 23, and was a good spot to find Lapland's years ago. Delorme d2
This wet area also had at least 14 Snipe, a Killdeer and 2 Mallards, along with scattered Crows in the distance.
Lake White was pretty bird poor..a C. Loon was nice, and a few Tree Swallows, and a single Great Blue Heron.
