There is an immediate need for a guest Regional Editor for North American
to collate and write up the Ohio portion of the winter issue. There also is
an opening for the summer issue.

The deadline for a draft of the winter issue is 5 May. I would still be
available

to merge the OH, WV, PA reports into a finished product for North American
Birds.

One would be expected to examine the 6 or 7 reports received directly from
the Ohio birding public, as well as the various online resources including this
listserv. This is a regional overview with an emphasis on the broad strokes
without bogging down on the fine detail already amply identified in The Ohio
Cardinal.

Please convey your interest to me at [log in to unmask]

cheers

Vic Fazio
Regional Editor, North American Birds, OH-WV-PA
Project eBird, State Reviewer, OH & OK
Lawton, OK & Shaker Hts, OH
