Rick Brigham just called from Pte. Mouillee, Wayne county, MI and the
Wagtail just appeared in cell 3 about 10 minutes ago. It is 10:38 am now.

Ohioans, the best place to park is at the parking area next to Mouillee
Creek.  It is also the safest.  To reach it go south on Dixie Hiway from
Sigler Rd.  Sigler Ts on Dixie Hiway and is south of the Huron River.  You
will have to use a map to locate Sigler Rd.
