*** Varied Thrush - Yes! - just after 8am and again at 2pm this afternoon--yes,
I went back twice
*** Harris's Sparrow - No - but it was reported coming to the feeder this
morning--the bird has more black on it now
*** Western Meadowlark - Yes! - about 3pm this afternoon northwest of
Holmesville--bird is on the WEST side of the road now about 2 fields back
(toward the trees)

Other decent birds:

- Pine Siskin, Purple Finch, and Rose-breasted Grosbeak coming to the feeders at
the Harris's Sparrow location
- Pine Warbler yesterday in woods next to Varied Thrush location
- Hermit Thrush & Fox Sparrow in area near Varied Thrush
- Broad-winged Hawk - a single individual at the Varied Thrush locale and a
single bird flying over at the Western Meadowlark location
- Sandhill Crane - 2 birds flying South just east of the Western Meadowlark
location

Thanks to Cheryl Harner for the early post this morning and to Jen Brumfield for
the excellent details.

Good luck to all you searchers!
