I checked a number of spots in Poland and Coitsville Twps. (Mahoning Co.) this morning.  In the afternoon I kept my eyes and ears peeled while doing yard work around home (in Poland Twp.).  There was a pretty good variety of migrants and new arrivals, highlights were:  a pair of gadwalls, a migrating osprey, 2 greater yellowlegs, lesser yellowlegs, belted kingfisher, e. phoebes, ruby-crowned kinglet, 2 house wrens, 2 brown thrashers, 3 yellow warblers, black-throated green warbler, yellow-rumped warbler, fox sparrow, rose-breasted grosbeaks, e. meadowlarks, and purple finch.  Craig
