We had 14 people in the morning and 12 stayed until almost 6 pm. It was an
excellent day with many good birds - several new records for our group.
223 Turkey Vultures, 13 Ospreys, 17 Bald Eagles, 33 Northern Harriers, 663
Sharp-shinned Hawks, 12 Cooper's Hawks, 3 Red-shouldered Hawks, 3243
Broad-winged Hawks, 20 Red-tailed Hawks, 2 Rough-legged Hawks, 77 American
Kestrels, 18 Merlins, 3 Peregrine Falcons
3 Sandhill Cranes also came by
