Rossıs Goose: One was found in the Deer Creek wetlands on 31 Mar (Dan
Sanders). In Clark County, one was present at Old Reid Park through 2 Apr
(mult. obs.). Another was seen in a quarry-type lake north of Prospect in
Marion Co. and east of Prospect-Upper Sandusky Rd. on 2 Apr (Sean Williams).
Yet one more was found at Pond 27 at Killdeer Plains WA on 2 Apr (Su
Snyder).
 
Eurasian Wigeon: Discovered on 14 Mar in a flooded pond south of Orrville,
Wayne County. The bird remains through 28 Mar (mult. obs.). Another has been
reported through 3 Apr at pond 27 at Killdeer Plains (mult. obs.).
 
White-winged Scoter: One young male in minimal breeding plumage was found at
OıShaughnessy reservoir on 31 Mar (Rob Thorn). Another was still present at
Tappan Lake on 2 Apr (Hallie Mason).
 
Black Scoter: One was Swartzwalder Rd. at Funk Bottoms WA through 3 Apr
(mult. obs.).
 
Surf Scoter: Four were present at Wright Marsh in Killbuck Marsh WA on 29
Mar and stayed through 1 Apr (Bruce Glick and mult. obs.). Up to six were
present on 2 Apr (Randy Rowe). One male and two females were seen at Deer
Creek Reservoir on 3 Apr (Bob Royse).
 
Long-tailed Duck: One adult male was present at the Saint Maryıs Boat Club
on 2 Apr (Jill Bowers).
 
Red-throated Loon: One was at Pine Lake in Mahoning Co. on 31 Mar (Craig
Holt and mult. obs.), but 2 were recorded on 1 Apr at the same location
(Laura Dornan. Another was at Nimisila Reservoir in Summit Co. on 2 Apr
(Gabe Hostetler).
 
Red-necked Grebe: One was present at Gordon Park on 29 Mar with the Eared
Grebe (John Pogacnik). One was in the middle wetland tract at Deer Creek SP
on though 3 Apr (Bob Royse and mult. obs.).
 
Eared Grebe: One has been present at Buck Creek SP in the southwest corner
of the lake through 29 Mar (mult. obs.). Another in near breeding plumage
was at E. 72nd St. in Cleveland through 3 Apr (mult. obs.).
 
Little Gull: One adult was found at Fairport Harbor on 1 Apr by John
Pogacnik.
 
HOARY REDPOLL: Steve Jones of LaRue reported his redpoll at his feeders
through 3 Apr. Directions from Steve: ³As far as directions, 166 front St in
LaRue turn on to Front Street from Market street.  Go across RR tracks, and
it will be the 4th house on right...It's the only green house on the street
I think so you should have no problem finding it.² The bird has been off and
on 7:30-3:30.
