While atlasing this morning in Muskingum Co., I came upon a large flock - at least 30 - of black vultures.  They were on the ground and in trees.  One was on the roof of an abandoned house with windows broken out.  Potential nesting site?  

The interesting thing was that not one of the vultures was a TV - they were all black vultures.  And, they were only about 10 feet from the road - no chance of misidentifying them!

Firsts of the year for me:  red-headed woodpecker, broad winged hawk, Baltimore oriole, scarlet tanager.

Also saw an osprey near the Muskingum River.

Warblers:  
blue-winged warbler - 3 in different blocks
golden-winged warbler - 1
yellow warbler - too many to count
black-throated green warbler - 1
cerulean warbler - 1
ovenbird - 3, all counter-calling in the same wooded area
Louisiana waterthrush - 1
common yellowthroat - many
