They basically point to the  parking lots of fishing spots  on the lakes
for the most part.

I don't know who does the Scioto's but if you call the Franklin Co.
park system, and/or the DNR, they can usually help you.

BTW Hoover's M,N,&L are great for Prothonotary pics. ;-D
