We found the Red-necked Grebe at Deer Creek Wetlands just now.  It appears to just be coming out of winter plumage.

I tried to snap some pictures with my cell phone through the scope.  I'll see if any are recognizable when I get home and post any that are respectable.

What a great find.  Thanks to Bob Royce for posting this a few days ago.
