Mentor Marsh State Nature Preserve boasted a golden-winged warbler close to the parking lot of the Kerven Trail (maybe 20 yards into the woods) on Courduroy Rd. Monday afternoon. Also there were blackburnian, yellow-rumped, Nashville, yellow, chesnut-sided, and plenty of palms.

On the Wake Robin trail boarwalk, we got great views of sora, Virginia rail, swamp sparrow, spotted sandpiper, and ruddy duck.

While the numbers weren't high, the diversity was nice and worth checking out.
