A Mississippi kite was seen in North Perry, Lake County this morning around 7:00. The bird was observed about 200 yards of the intersection of Antioch Road and Route 20. There were a small number of starlings harassing it so my impression was that it was down for the night and something or somebody had scared it up. It was doing a lot of circling so it might hang around a little bit.
