The resident indigo buntings have returned to River Styxx Park and they are very cooperative for photos.  I saw several last evening and approx. 5 males and 2 females today at noon.  There are also several very vocal American Redstarts in the trees on the way back to the meadow where the buntings spend most of their time. I also heard a scarlet tanager on my way back. 

Great little park for birding in Medina County!
