I observed an adult Mississippi kite around 5:00 PM today in Orwell Twp. in SW Ashtabula Co.  I was on Dodge Rd.  The bird flew in fairly low from the west, circled a couple times and moved off to the east.  You never know what you'll see while atlasing!  Tired eyes so I'll post the rest of the day's sightings tomorrow.  Craig Holt, Lowellville
