The Black Tern reported yesterday was still near the beach at Buck Creek this morning. There was also a Franklin's Gull in breeding plumage. The underparts were very pink, and the pink wash extended up around the neck.
About 15 Forster's Terns were there, mostly adults but one or two immature birds.
