Well, I thought that my birding day was done, when I put up the Halo on
my feeder...Thanks Sean, it is working already...so far, I will see how
long it deters the House Sparrows and report later...The Finches and
other birds are adjusting, but the House sparrows are really unnerved
about it. ;-D

BUT the better news is that I have a new Yard Bird. A White Crowned
Sparrow just fluttered down and decided to stay a while. I got a
documentation pic for me and whomever else wants to see my tall tall
grass. :-D :

Glad I decided to meander around the house today.

Oh! I almost forgot, When the Hoary was here, it put off the
construction of the birdbath that I had previously inquired about.
Sunday, I finally got it done...with minor changes from the original
design, mainly not mortared in. I personally haven't seen birds using
it yet, but there is...evidence of it being used. ;-D Here is a cell
phone pic of it's final construction.:

I was originally going to do a video of the construction of it, but
light conditions were not favorable for shooting...I started Sunday
evening between storms, and the sun had already set when it was finished.

Have a great day!

Steve J.
