Greetings all -
As of 11:30 a.m., J. Talkington reports that the White-faced Ibis continues at Lorain Impoundment. A brief, harsh thunderstorm brought in more shorebirds and grounded gulls and terns, but J. had just arrived and had not fully birded the grounds. H.Taft reported that the Willet was still present at 8 a.m. this morning.
Please be CAUTIOUS in viewing the ibis, as it is extremely wary of activity. It favors the first, southeastern impoundment, and the northeastern impoundment.
best - J
