Sorry this is late but --- senior moment!! Sunday, we took a Pelagic (heehee) tour of Lake Erie --- in our 20' Wellcraftout to West Sister Island and around -- Results:At the mouth of the Toussaint River:Snowy EgretGreat Blue HeronCommon TernsDouble Crested CormorantsImmature Bald Eagle Near West Siter:Great Egrets XXXGreat Blue Heron XXDCC XXXXXXXXX Floating across the waves:Monarch Butterfly!!!!!! Practicing -- Catch:Walleye: 6White Bass: 3-4Sheepshead: 4 Waves were great on the "out" trip. We weren't able to troll into them however -- they GREW!!Return trip was good! Any time you have an opportunity to enjoy Lake Erie -- do so!You will be certain to have an enjoyable event. Today, Tuesday! We observed THREE Sandhill Cranes at the intersection of OH2/Toussaint SAlso, about 35-50 Canada Geese Our Feeders and/or trees at Paradise:Cedar Waxwings adult & JuvieWhite Breasted NuthatchN Cardinal - Male is sooo wanting to visit the saucer held by our hands but just doesn't     have the courage YET!!N OriolesA Goldfinches & JuviesHouse FinchesGracklesBrownheaded CowbirdsBlue Jays  Enjoy this weather is NOT going to last and then we will be complaining of COLD!!
