        Pardon the marginal topic, but I have lost the name and address of
another subscriber to this list who asked me about old-growth forests in
Ohio. However, there may also be other birders out there who would be
interested in this source. The URL is

It offers details on 36 sites in 21 counties. Wonderful places to visit,
though in many cases you have to imagine the birds who lived there in
the old days.
