In the past I have requested help with birding travel a couple of times and
gotten replies. Most recently I asked regarding a trip I hoped to take in
Sept but then did not take. I may be able to go somewhere in Oct or perhaps
early Nov. Essentially my time for a vacation can be somewhat spontaneous
and often I struggle with where to go vs. time of year (as well as budget
etc. of course). I have not traveled extensively but am trying to 'get out'
more.
Most websites simply list places, best of of year is of course spring
migration. Its harder to figure out best places for other months. Of course
if someone is targeting something specific that is a different way to search
and plan (Great Grey Owls in winter in MN for example).
This may be an exercise it futility I am hoping it can be helpful.
Say....if you can go somewhere in November...The Keys? Texas coast? South
Carolina Coast? California Coast? New Mexico?
Any kind of info per month is good.

I would love personal responses for any recommendations by month. I started
a folder on the Ohio Ornithologist Board forum. If I can figure out how I
will also put them there. Or people can just put them there to begin with.

Thanks for any inputs,

Mary, Fairborn
