At 3:00 p.m. By 20+ observers. Being seen from Site "A" as described yesterday. This is the site on the west side of the river, overlooking the river, harbor, and industrial plant. Take 531 east across the drawbridge and shortly after turn right on Hulbert Road. Go up brick hill and turn right. Park at end and walk along fence to see out and down onto river and industrial yards. The bird was up until 2 minutes ago sitting with 200+ gulls on the industrial yard beyond the river looking east. Scopes required.
