I was out this afternoon on Eastwood Lake and saw the following:

Common Loons (about 12)
Horned Grebe (1)
Pied-billed Grebe (4)
Ring-billed gull (dozens)
Double-crested Cormorant (1)

Gadwalls (about 20), mallards, and Canada Geese were present in the pond on
the south side of the Mad River.

Huffman Metropark Lake was not very productive, with just a few mallards
and one pied-billed grebe.

Tom Rooney, Dayton
