Greetings - multiple birders arrived at the south-side of bridge location just described and confirmed that NO, the gull had been unfortunately mis-identified this time. There are multiple Lesser Black-backed Gulls in the area and certain age groups of Herring and Ring-billed Gulls can show a tail "band."
