Numerous reports from Ashtabula this morning speak of very few large gulls congregating in the harbor and river. There were only a handful of Ring-bills and a small flock of Bonaparte's Gulls foraging on the mouth of the river this a.m., and no gulls resting atop the industrial buildings viewed from Lake Shore Park. The fair weather and SW winds have gulls pushed out offshore and moving about east and west.
