The gull was on the beach earlier, about 12:30.  It was hanging with a flock
of 25+ ringbills and was seen by about 20 people from the end of the
blacktop past the east end of the pavilion at the park (B) It was within
about 15 yards for about 8+ minutes then flew toward the harbor.  What a sight!
