I went to Sims Park in Euclid today.  I didn't go yesterday but I ran into Laura Madden today who said many people saw many birds there yesterday including the scoters I believe.  Today very close to the pier were 10 scoters, 4 Surf Scoters, 6 Black Scoters (5 female & 1 male).  The male made for quite a show.  There were 12 Lesser Scaup (I believe) mostly females, Common Loons and many Horned Grebes.  Two of the Surf Scoters were snoozing and two were feeding.

Pictures were closer than I ever see with the calm lake.

Also, in Euclid at the Bluestone Business Park off of 260th St. (across from Euclid Square Mall) were 15 Horned Larks flying around and landing, 2 American Tree Sparrows.
