Hey! I'm new to the Wayne/Holmes Co. area and I have a question I'm hoping you local birders know the answer to--are there any rules about the public accessing Killbuck Marsh WA during duck season? At several of the pull offs I've seen signs that say (if I remember right) something like you need a permit to be on WA area land right now. I've also heard the rumor that Wright Marsh is closed to everyone but duck hunters during the season. If anyone can give me any info on this I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Anna W
