NOVEMBER 06, 2011 - Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Monthly Census.
ROUTES: Same usual morning & afternoon routes. TIME: 8:00am-12:50pm; 1:40pm-6:00pm
TEMP.: 34-62 COND.: Chilly early, warming throughout, sunny & pleasant; wind SW at 10-15mph.
