This morning (Wed) Jerry Talkington had 2,000 Horned Grebes, an Eared Grebe, one Red-throated Loon, and 100+ Common Loons from Headlands SP.

Tomorrow and Friday could potentially be fair movement days on the lake. Even though waterbirds prefer north-based winds for significant movements, tomorrow's WSW still has a favorable western-base. Key locations to hit include Rocky River Park, Lakewood Park, State Park, Wendy Park, Sim's Park, Headlands.

Keep an eye out for Cave Swallows: there were three seen at Lake Erie Metropark on Monday and one today at Tiscornia Beach in SW Michigan. Now is the time.

Good birding
