I am planning to leave my home in S. Russell (1.6 miles east of Rt 306 on
Bell Street) at 6:00am for Ashtabula.  I have room for 3 people if anyone is
interested in pursuing the Black-tailed Gull.



Depending on when I (we) see it I am game to go to Eastlake and Sims Park
before heading home.  Plan "B" would be to go home via Middlefield and see
if the Rough-legged Hawks have returned for the winter.
