Matt Valencic had the Black-tailed Gull around 8:15 am Today (Sun) from point B (Lake Shore Park) "Jen, I just saw the BTG wing in from the east with about 20 other gulls. I am at the picnic pavilion and all the gulls dropped down into the space between the closest blue building and the large, white, round storage vessel. The wind is strong from the south/south east. You need to dress warm. Hooded jacket will be appreciated."
