I wasn't going to post this as it isn't rare. Was at Sims Park 12/4 from 11 to 12:00 noon.  Saw 15 scoters far east of the pier actively feeding.  Hard to find land birds near the lake this weekend.
 
Black Scoters 3
White-winged Scoters 3 (at least)
Surf Scoters 9
Red-breasted Mergansers ~ 600
Common Goldeneye 28
Common Loon 1
Horned Grebes ~ 6
Bonapartes Gulls - few dozen
White-throated Sparrow 1 (west end of park near apts)
Tufted Titmouse 2
 
Villa Angela and Wildwood late Friday and early Sunday except for the marina and lake hard to find much a few by the creek.  Adult Bald Eagle slowly flying west in the 17mph SSW winds.
 
Cuyahoga County Airport - Richmond Hts, 
Bald Eagle 1 adult flew south across Curtiss Wright Pkwy over woods then west
American Tree Sparrows 3 near office bldgs near ditch with water
Juncos 13 near office bldg.
American Goldfinch ~ 35 many Sweet Gum trees with spiney balls would fly from tree to tree along Richmond Rd in very long and narrow disc golf course as I walked along
Northern Mockingbirg 1 - singing - most always seen west side of Richmond Rd south end of airport in tree
Canada Geese ~ 110
