Tim and Laura Dornan just called to report the Black-tailed Gull sitting on top of the blue industrial buildings visible from point B (Lake Shore Park) from 9:20 to 9:40 a.m. The bird is presently out of view, having dropped down into the open slip immediately west of and beside the blue buildings. Many observers are present.
