About 75-100 Tundra Swans visible from the observation platform area at Funk Bottoms Wildlife Area Funk Ohio. The road to the platform is not flooded. 
There were two groups, the second group of 25 joined the group I was watching from the observation deck parking area. I spent a couple of hours here this afternoon.

I could not find any birds from the Wilderness Rd, which is still flood after the bridge.
