JANUARY 01, 2012 - Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Monthly Census.
TIME: 8:15am-11:30am; 1:20pm-5:00pm TEMP.: 44-34 COND.: Cloudy & windy with intermittent rain; driving horizontal rain from 11:00am-11:30am; winds 20-40mph S/SW; cloudy & windy with intermittent rain in the afternoon, temperature dropping; sleet from 4:30pm-5:00pm.
