The Ohio Biological Survey is celebrating citizen science during our 100th
anniversary at this year's Ohio natural History Conference. We are
pleased to announce our keynote speaker, Dr. David Bonter, Assistant
Director of Citizen Science,Cornell Lab of Ornithology. There will also be
presentation on other spects of natural history like the Ohio Spider
Survey and OBBA. REgistration at

The 9th annual ONHC will take place on February 11th, 2012 at the ODOT
Hilltop Complex and Conference Center, 1980 West Broad Street, Columbus,
OH 43223.Refreshments and social time will begin at 8:30 AM, and the
keynote presentation will commence at 9:15 AM.
Individuals, students of all ages and citizens scientists, interested in
applying for the opportunity to present a poster at the Ohio Natural
History Conference should submit an abstract of no more than 250 words and
a brief biographical sketch for all authors by e-mail to
[log in to unmask] by January 27, 2012. Please note that this
is a strict deadline.
Registration fees are $20, or $10 for students. On-site registration fees
will be an additional $5 per registration ($25, or $15 for students). The
Conference will conclude by 4:30 PM.More information at
