Hi Spencer,

This website was a great resource for the first and only time I've been to Vegas.  Saw 71 species in only a few days of birding, and that was in July.

Make sure the Henderson water plant is on the list.  It's an easy 15 minutes from the strip, is where I saw my only roadrunner, and has some very friendly naturalists on duty (plus an air-conditioned center).

I also visited Corn Creek, Mt. Charleston, and Red Rock area.

Good luck!
