I went to Sims Park in Euclid from 11:30 to 12:10pm.  It was overcast, a few flurries and visibility was not great real far out (foggy looking) 20-21 deg, winds 10-11 NNWmph.  You could see groups of Red-breasted Mergansers flying west.  I was not able to locate the Black Scoter seen by others last weekend (I am sure if it is there others will report) but I did see two Surf Scoters.  (Did not feel they were White-winged at all).  One was with the group of  Goldeneyes straight out and one was in with a larger group of  Goldeneyes very far east of the pier.  Could not get a definitive good look of that group from the pier with the rolling waves needed to go up on the bluff east of the pier.  Not always great views up there trying to look far east through the bushes and trees and if you get too close to the edges that stick out for better viewing the trees and dirt are getting ready to fall off of the cliff (as a word to the wise).

Surf Scoters 2
Common Goldeneye -  approx 145 (12 to west, 55 straight out, 78 far east)
Red-breasted Mergansers - hundreds flying west
