Bill Kinkead and Angie Fielder stopped at Deer Creek Resevoir on their way 
to Melvin Quarry and Ceaser Creek.  On the beech road just before reaching 
the parking lot, down the road to the right, about a 1/3 of the way on the 
south side, Angie Fielder saw a Northern Shrike perched in the top of a 
small tree.
