Hello, Everyone,
I spoke to Laura Bonneau, the Refuge's Visitors' Services Specialist, this
morning and the Auto Tour IS open!  I believe it will be open until 4:00
PM.  Laura reports that the dikes are snow covered, but as long as you
drive with care, it should be fine.
Many thanks to our fine Refuge staff for working so hard to give us this
opportunity!
