If you have a smartphone, the BirdsEye app (http://getbirdseye.com/)
performs all the functions the original correspondent was looking for using
eBird data, except listing access points to bodies of water.  For our Great
Lake, "Ohio's Lake Erie Public Access Guidebook," published jointly by
NOAA, ODNR and the Ohio Coastal Management Program, is free and a must-have
for any Ohio birder:
