The black-tailed gull was seen at Ashtabula this morning about 10:15.  It was sitting in the rail yard north of the bridge.  There are two tug boats docked just to the north.  The snowy owl was sitting between train tracks in the western end of the harbor.

Also I had a sapsucker fly east over the harbor.

It looks like they are getting ready to shut down Lakeshore Park for the coming storm so access may be limited.
