Sorry for the late post.  Could not access the listserve yesterday.  On 
Wednesday 4 Jan, Tammy and I were out looking for the snowy owl around 
Cygnet.  We failed on the Snowy but found a Short-eared Owl perching and 
flying around the junction of Cygnet rd and 235. Only one seen and no 
Harriers around either.
