Hello all,
At Clear Fork reservoir, Richland County, this a.m., Gary Cowell & I
had one 1st-cycle glaucous gull, one 4th-cycle/adult great black-backed
gull and an adult lesser black-backed gull. The GBBG was out from the
marina, the other gulls, near the dam. The gulls normally leave the
reservoir shortly after sunrise, but occasionally linger.
Late this afternoon, Albert & Levi Troyer, myself and others saw one
1st-cycle and one adult glaucous gulls near the dam. No black-backed gulls
were seen in late p.m.
The gulls at clear fork are normally absent most of the day, going to
local landfills. About 2 hours before dark the gulls return, normally just
out from the dam.
     Good birding,
     John Herman
