Hello Ohio Birders,

At 12:30 pm today I saw a phoebe (eastern) at the corner of Indianola Ave. and Cook Rd./Overbrook Drive in Columbus. (Overbrook Drive proceeds through a ravine, officially "Adena Brook," which is good habitat for phoebes and I suspect that the mild conditions this winter (so far) have been favorable for this and other phoebes to find winter stoneflies, midges, etc. in Columbus ravines like they often do further south and east.)

Happy birding in '12.

Dave Horn
Columbus
