I had one male red-winged blackbird at my feeder this past weekend and take it as a sign of spring. Best of birding to you.

> I guess I should have been more excited to see three male red-winged blackbirds at the Olentangy Wetlands area last Friday....Rob Thorn said I should post the sighting. I have seen them in February before...but not this early. One was a full adult male...the other two were younger with only yellow epaulets..and one had some brown speckling on his back like a very young bird....hope others see them.
