On Sunday the 19th, a Franklin's Gull was a surprise sighting on the beach at Caesar Creek State Park.  I have never seen one in February before.  The previously reported two Surf Scoters were seen from the end of Harveysburg Road, in the company of 3 Goldeneyes.
 
The previously reported Lesser Black-backed Gull, White-winged Scoter and female Greater Scaup were not located.
