Even though it is quite early, it seemed that the waterfowl migration has
begun when we visited Funk Bottoms Wildlife Area in Wayne County this
afternoon. Tundra Swans are there in good numbers both at the tower and on
Wilderness Road. So great to hear them "talking" to one another. Northern
Pintails were there in increased numbers, too.
